Paul Bone was admitted as a solicitor in Brisbane in 1977 and practised substantially in Family Law until 1990.

Upon commencing practice in Cooroy in 1991, he has built a substantial commercial practice and is highly experienced in business start-ups, business structuring and restructuring and strategic advice on business planning and development.

Anita Harris has only recently joined our firm in 2009 and is attracting a growing clientele in Family Law areas including property settlements, children’s issues and the growing area of Pre-Nuptial Agreements.

Anita has worked previously in Family Law with well-known firms in Townsville, Gympie and Noosa.

Having been raised in Townsville, Anita understands the requirements of a country legal practice and the needs of our clientele, whilst her up-to-date technology capability gives her access to the highest level of legal research.

Anita’s knowledge of property disputes and children’s issues will broaden the firm’s capacity to represent its clients in most areas of Family Law.

Anita is an up and coming Family Lawyer who we expect will meet the firm’s existing clients’ needs and be able to offer expert advice in an understanding way when family breakdowns do occur.

Anita’s experience enables her to help clients with various pathways to resolution of family breakdown issues, with Court action always as a last, but available, option.

Andrew Markert has worked in our office for seven (7) years now, whilst completing his law studies externally.

Andrew has a broad base of other general employment prior to his commencing his legal studies and that general experience of life serves him well in his interaction with clients.

Andrew is due to be admitted as a solicitor in 2011.

Andrew is developing an expertise and clientele in Estate Planning and the more and more complex area of Will drafting.

Donna Markert is Paul Bone's wife and the firm’s Para-legal Support and Office Manager.

Donna has worked in legal practices for  30 years and she has a caring approach to our client relationships.

She will also often provide a slice of her latest wonderful cake if you chance to be in the office on the right day!
